Coach Paulo Koscina
Paulo Koscina is a Brazilian futsal and football coach, living since January, 2023 in the Province of Bataan in the Philippines.
He is currently the Head Coach of Peninsulares Fútbol Club and former Head Coach of the male and female futsal teams of Bataan Peninsula State University.
The coach's career started at AVV Montigala Under 7 Futsal team in 2006 in Badalona, Spain.
In 2010, Coach Paulo moved to Oman, Middle East, where he worked
in several futsal and football academies, besides local clubs until he left the country in 2022 to explore a new experience in a football agency in Dubai, UAE. The coach then started preparing players for trials in professional clubs in the country.

Coach Paulo is also scouting in local events to find talents and provide them with a football and futsal experiences abroad.
Seminars
Coach Paulo Koscina has always looked for alternatives to teach football in a unique way that positively challenges his players and co-workers. He sought to study different courses in several areas of the sport, not only to teach how to play football, but how to humanly develop his players.
His training methodology includes in-depth analysis of players' physical and technical skills and a philosophical approach to tactical and mental training.
The seminars aim to give participants an overview of the coach's role and his relationship with everything and everyone in their work environment.
